Dreamy, creamy, roasted tomato, prosciutto & burrata spaghetti

Rich and glorious pasta that makes for a great dinner

25 Minutes Serves 4
  • 1kg of Small Mixed Speciality Tomatoes (plum & cherry types) - Keep some aside for snacking whilst cooking!
  • Two handfuls of basil
  • Sea salt, ground pepper & chilli flakes to taste
  • Two tablespoons of Olive oil, plus some for serving
  • 250g prosciutto
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 200g burrata cheese
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • 500g spaghetti
