It’s the first week back at the Tomato Stall after a much needed Christmas break.
We have been busy picking the first tomatoes of 2012 from our winter lit crop.
Even in the depths of winter the smell and the taste of these fresh cocktail vines reminds us that summer is not to far away. The whole nursery is now fully planted with all kinds of new plants, all we need now is sunshine, not to much cloud and some mild temperatures and the new season will be here before we know it. The creative energy is also alive in The Tomato Stall kitchen working on new products concepts and ideas trying to refine new reciepes ready to make there way to local farmers markets' or local retailers.
